Cupcakes are a nice addition to any birthday party, however it's not a must have item. But, in case you do want to have cupcakes then you should definitely have a matching decoration. In our case, we decided to go for a homemade easy recipe for cupcakes with a "peppa pig" matching decoration item on top. Here's how to do it:
The cupcake recipe:
In order to make these delicious cupcakes, you need to have:
- 0.5 cup of room temperature butter (110 grams)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Cup of self raising flour
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
mix the butter and sugar together until you get a pale mixture, then add the eggs (one at a time), then the vanilla extract and at the end fold in the flour into the mixture. If the batter is too dry, add 1-2 Tbsp of milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at (180 C or 350F) for 15-20 minutes.
Then if you want, you can make an icing with a matching color, or go directly for the decoration.

First you need to have the following (for more information, click o the picture)
All you need to do is to put the stickers you want on a carton and cut them, the goal here, is to make the shape of the character more stable. Then put a little bit of glue of the back of the carton, and attach the small skewer to it. Leave to dry.
