7 items for a beautifully designed kitchen - Budget Friendly
Kitchens are an integral part of most homes and whether we choose to have an open space kitchen or a closed kitchen, the question of design vs. comfort always comes up, and most of us end up choosing comfort over design for so many reasons like costs. Thankfully, there are some items that are budget friendly that turns your kitchen into a beautifully designed kitchen.
#7 Wall Planters
Wall planters do not only look great, but also they smell great. you can plant anything you want in there, from herbs to indoor flowers, and be sure of one thing: it might be heavily raining outside, or extremely hot, but inside you will always have a fresh smell of spring.
#6 Cutting Boards
They're extremely beautiful and they come in different colors, textures, sizes and shapes, so that you can choose the one you like in the price you like the most. I personally like a big sized wooden cutting board that adds a simple vintage look to the kitchen.
#5 Decorative "Vintage" Clock
Any item that you hang on a kitchen wall, adds so much magic to the whole space. Now imagine it's a vintage-like clock (which is also budget friendly by the way), that is hang on your kitchen wall. It's like you're giving the kitchen a personality and a spirit, that's hard not to see.
#4 All sizes of Jars
In addition to the fact that jars make a great solution for food storage, pickles and sauces, they are also eco-friendly, so that you don't have to use plastic pre-packed packages. But, let's put all this aside, these jars are incredible!! they will give your kitchen both a rustic and an exciting look, with all the different colorful fillings that you will put in there starting from spaghetti, biscuits, rice, lentils, peas to pickles and candies. So, give your jars a chance, they will definitely blow your mind away.
#3 Knives Stands
Every good cook needs a good knife, and every good knife needs a good care. Care means washing the knife after use, drying it and putting it back in the knives stand. And now that we mention knives stand, well they are also very very decorative, giving your kitchen a professional and luxurious look that tells everyone else, that whoever cooks in this kitchen is a skilled cook! I personally think knives are an essential part in any kitchen, check out my favorites here.
#2 Signs & Posters
Signs and posters are a really great option to bring a unique and decorative touch to your kitchen. It is THE place to show your photography skills, choose a picture you relate to, make it the size you need and hang it on your kitchen wall. No professional photographers, no professional artists, no extra money. (Any simpler? Cheaper?) You can also exchange the poster with a metal sign, like mine below.
#1 Trash Can
Who said trash cans are ugly and smelly? And should be hidden somewhere in a kitchen corner. That is so old fashion! trash cans are another beautiful and decorative item.
