Simple & Easy Food Processor Recipes - Best Of
It's the way to quick cooking, easy recipes, delicious vegan recipes and simply easy recipes. It's the food processors recipes. So, whether you're cooking for your family or yourself, don't waste hours in the kitchen when you can cook an entire meal in less than 20 minutes. So, here are some of my greatest recipes using a food processor.
#1 The Pink Pasta
This recipe is going to blow your mind, it's simple, delicious, vegan, nutritious and very quick. All you have to do at the moment is get your food processor close!
Simply because in a minute, you are going to throw in all your ingredients for a perfect pink pasta dish, which is by the way, amazingly loved by children.
- 2-3 Medium-Big beetroots
- 0.5 cup of English Walnuts
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 0.5 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- good pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of chili flakes (optional)
- couple of leaves of basil or dill (optional)
Boil the beetroot until soft, or wrap in aluminium foil and bake in the oven in medium heat until soft. Then add all your ingredients into the food processor. Viola, you're sauce is ready. Mix it with your boiled pasta and enjoy!
*you can mix the pasta and sauce on or off heat.
#2 The Best Ever Carrot Cake
This recipe is the best vegetarian carrot cake recipe ever. why? Because it's quick, easy and delicious. Throw in all your ingredients, then transfer to a baking pan, bake and eat. And in case you're lucky and you have my food processor, (by the way it's the Cuisinart DFP-14BKSY and it's half price now, go get it)
you wouldn't also clean afterwards, cause you'll put it in the dishwasher.
Here's the recipe:
- 3 Big Carrots
- 3 Large eggs (4 medium)
- 3/4 Cup of Canola Oil
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 1.5 Cups of Sugar
- 1 Tbsp of Baking powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp of Dark California Rasins/coffee beans/ chocolate
In your food processor, mix the eggs, pealed carrots, vanilla and oil, then add the flour, baking powder and sugar. transfer to a bowel, add the rasinsand mix with a spoon or a spatula and transfer to a baking pan. bake for 45 minutes to an hour in a 190C.
#3 Greenish Rice
believe me, it is the yummiest most delicious rice recipe you'll every try. Again, get your food processor and try it. Here's the recipe.
- 1 Cup of Rice (washed)
- 1.5 cups of water
- pinch of salt
- half a red onion
- 1/4 cup of Dill
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- 1/4 cup of Basil
- drizzle of olive oil (optional)
First prepare the rice, put the rice and water in your non stick pot, over high heat. Once the water boils, lower the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, lid on. take off heat, let cool.
In your processor, put in the red onion, mix it and then add then herbs. Mix them with the rice. You can add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
